Refund policy

All pieces are final sale. We don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for a size or color chosen at checkout. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.

If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hello@houseofkimo.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. If your order is missing or lost in transit, contact us and we'll look into it.

Please don't send anything back until we provide return instructions. This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law.
